Client Details

The client is a rapidly growing retail company based in Kingston upon Hull. They are looking for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join the transactional finance team due to continued growth. With a very strong national reputation, this is a highly sought after role.


As Purchase Ledger Administrator you will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Processing a high volume of transactions.
  • Processing weekly BACS payments.
  • Reconcile supplier statements.
  • Liaising with internal departments and external clients.
  • General adhoc administration duties.


The successful candidate will:

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience of purchase ledger function.
  • Superior proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential as you will need to handle huge data related to finance

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.

  • Strong communication skills.
