Purchase Ledger Clerk
Robert Half currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a fantastic company in the South Leeds area on a temporary - permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have had at least 1 years exposure working in a similar role and be able to grow into this position. You will be joining a developed team where support will be available enabling you to gain further and expand on your current experience.
Your duties will include :
Code and process supplier invoices
Manage and maintain the shared mailboxes for all companies
Deal with supplier and employee queries by e-mail and telephone
Supplier statement reconciliations
Process payment runs
Ad-hoc duties when required
Knowledge and working experience of Accounts Payable
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good team player
Good written and verbal communication
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Multi-tasking skill set
