At PepsiCo, we aim to deliver top-tier financial performance over the long term by integrating sustainability into our business strategy, leaving a positive imprint on society and the environment. We call this Performance with Purpose.

We're looking for undergraduate students with a can-do attitude who are curious to experience how a multinational company operates, to join our sales team for 10 weeks in Summer 2018. No matter what your degree area, this is an exciting and unique opportunity to become a member of our Field sales team and make a real difference to the PepsiCo business. A tailored commercial training and induction, Head Office group challenge and networking with key PepsiCo employees from a number of different functions, including Marketing, Finance and HR, will stretch your ability and enhance your skills.

You'll have an action packed induction week where you'll be equipped with extensive company knowledge and sales techniques that'll help you along your way (you may even get a tour of one of our crisp factories!). As you'll be working independently for much of the time, you'll need to be self-motivated with great time management skills. We'll give you a small company van along with all the marketing and sales tools you'll need and support you all the way.

You will work independently most of the internship; negotiating the deals and selling our amazing products to real customers. Once training is complete you'll manage your own geographical area and visit local cafe's or newsagents such as Premier, Costcutter and Nisa to increase the distribution of Walkers, Tropicana and Quaker products, you may also get involved in new projects as a part of a project team. This will be coupled with continued support and guidance from experienced PepsiCo employees in the form of mentors and buddies. You'll enhance your commercial skills and business acumen throughout the internship and learn to analyze data, negotiate, build and maintain business relationships.

You'll also spend few weeks at our Head Office in Reading, where you'll embark on a group challenge amongst other activities, network with other departments in the business and have the opportunity to hear about career journeys of some of our senior leaders. PepsiCo is known for developing top notch leaders and an inspiring place to work and his internship can be a fantastic start to a potential career with us.

We're excited to see what we can accomplish when your skills, ideas and perspectives meet our dynamic team.
