The UK's fastest growing Tech and Digital Marketing company is looking for a People Intern to join their rapidly growing People Team for a 12-month internship.

To provide administrative and coordination support to the People Operations and Talent Engagement Teams.

People Operations

Ensure new starters are set up correctly within CascadeProcess leavers within Cascade, including resignation acceptancesSend out P45s and final payslips to leaversWithin Cascade, process approved promotions, salary and role changes, including producing employee lettersSet up workflows and produce ad hoc queries and reports within CascadeUpdate Betterworks using weekly bulk upload reportsUpdate Tettra adding starters and leavers weeklyRespond to reference and employment verification requestsHandle non-payroll related employee queriesMaintain employee filesOnboarding

Working with the People Team (Office Management and Talent Engagement) to ensure that;Monthly Start Smart room bookings are set up for the full financial yearCalendar invites are sent to the relevant presenters/new startersWeek 4 and Week 8 check in meetings are in the diaryNew starters are added to and removed from the Start Smart Slack Channel and TettraCollateral is always available for the first day of Start Smart (and throughout the programme).Responsible for set up of day one and day five Start Smart session each month.Responsible for capturing improvements and feedback across Start Smart for MVF and Contact Centre.Take ownership of MVF Start Smart improvement projects as agreed with the Talent Engagement Director.Liaise with People Advisor to make sure Contact Centre Start Smart improvements are taking place.Responsible for analysing Start Smart Evaluation Survey after week 12 of each cohort. Collate, analyse and share the results with the Talent Engagement Director in a monthly report and with the Chief People Officer in a quarterly report.The Ideal People Intern:
