I am currently working on behalf of a world-leading Pharmaceutical company who is seeking an experienced Legal Specialist to join their team at their site in High Wycombe.
The successful candidate will hold at least a University degree in Law or equivalent and will have at least three years' general commercial law experience in a leading law firm or in the legal or contracts department of a multinational company.
As a successful Legal Specialist, you will be given the platform to showcase your contract drafting and negotiation experience as well as carrying out legal research. Advise on, draft and negotiate safety-related agreements with respect to global and local regulatory implications. Advise on and draft other types of safety-related agreements.
You will be entrusted with assisting with safety-related agreement negotiations, working closely with various internal and external business partners and providing legal support before, during and after internal audits and Health Authority inspections with respect to safety-related agreements.
Alongside this, you will be given the opportunity to provide legal support to the global safety organisations across the pharmaceutical and consumer sectors in relation to the generation, negotiation and maintenance of safety-related agreements. Providing general ad-hoc pharmacovigilance (PV) legal advice and support.
You will have the opportunity to further utilise your proactive and self- reliant skills with a sense of responsibility, ownership and urgency. Someone who can work well under pressure, demonstrating good time management, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, strategic thinking, self-awareness and adaptability,
You may also be given the chance to share your knowledge and expertise by providing ad hoc legal advice and support including training. Liaising with internal business partners an external business partners.

This will be a 6 month contract role and will be based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
Also commutable from Slough, Maidenhead, Uxbridge, Wokingham and Reading.
