Full training and development is provided, alongside the Company supporting you through your Insurance Qualifications free of charge, so are looking for an individual that is keen to embark on a rewarding new Career.
The Business who are Nationally known and established have a 'promote from within' mentality so there will be huge scope for progression into an Assistant Manager, Manager and then Senior Manager within a sought after Organization.
Basic Salary between £18,000 - £25,000 dependant on experience and background
Frequent pay reviews and 1 to 1's to ensure staff are financially rewarded
The Organization paying for your Certificate in Insurance Qualification ('CII') within your first 12 months
Complete training and development
Promote from within mind set, supporting the progression of all staff
Managing inbound Insurance queries and quotations
Prospecting and calling the existing database
Up selling products
Negotiating Insurance for clients
Showing persuasive sales skills
Providing excellent professional customer service
The Ideal Applicant:
Experience within Insurance, Sales, Banking or Customer Service would be beneficial

Confident and articulate phone manner
Ability to persuade and negotiate
