Purchase Ledger Clerk – Warrington – Part-Time

20-24 Hours per week

We are currently looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk, working on a part-time basis at our Warrington Clinic to provide support to the Finance Department. The successful applicant will provide support for all Finance administration duties including:

  • Purchase ledger for 3 companies
  • Receiving and processing supplier invoices
  • Pro-actively resolving accounts queries in an efficient and timely manner
  • Reviewing and reconciling supplier statements
  • Providing support to the Manager
  • Answer Finance queries over the phone and face-to-face
  • General Administration duties
  • Maintain confidentially and adhere to the Data Protection Act at all times

  • £8,840.00 - £10,608.00 dependent upon part-time weekly hours agreed
