What will I be doing as a Customer Experience Representative? Taking inbound calls from prospective and current customers, ensuring the reputation is maintained at a high standard for both our internal and external brand Delivering customer excellence to every customer you deal with Ensuring you take responsibility for our customers and provide resolutions Taking ownership for your own development within the BGL Group Be determined to succeed and accountable for results for yourself and the business. We want you to act with drive, pace and passion You will need to ensure you are following system and procedural processes to ensure compliance with the FCA Based in our modern Peterborough office What Skills or Experience is needed for a Customer ExperienceRepresentative? Minimum of 6 months experience working within a customer service environment, (face to face, by phone or in written form) A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service Strong communication skills including written and verbal Taking responsibility for customer concerns and resolution Excellent time management and attention to detail Good numeracy and literacy skills Takes responsibility for achievements of targets and own performance. Plus a shift allowance of 1755. We also recognise our employees commitment & performance through our salary package with the opportunity to earn up to 20,000 plus a shift allowance of 1,755 after three years.
