Team:Trading Risk & Controls Practice Area is recruiting a technologistto join its global team of developers. We are most interested in peoplewho have thorough understanding of the flows in their area of businessexpertise and are eager to learn. The role involves hands-on integration role involving FIX, UNIX/Linux,and shell/python scripting. Applications owned by TRC Team interfacewith all trading systems, fulfill regulatory rules and internal riskrequirements. Global Limits Manager (GLM) is the strategic tradinglimits platform for the Institutional Securities Division. TRC supportsand develops different flavors of GLM to meet various business andlatency objectives. Business flows utilize a classic version as well asthe ultra-low-latency flavor called "vGLM". You will have theopportunity to work with the colleagues around the globe while helpingon the regional deliveriesRole Profile: You will play a key role as a systems developer/integrator to support the book of GLM/vGLM work for front office Fixed Income businesses (Rates, Credit, Commodities, FX). You will work closely and partner with FIC ETRM (E-trading Risk Management) and technology teams / business representatives in each of the supported areas. You will implement, test, and deploy vital new features such as real time control checks and trade aggregation using the appropriate technologies (FIX messaging, XML configuration, bash/shell/python or perl scripting, unix commands etc) You should bring a wealth of knowledge in both UNIX/Linux and windows environments, possess keen introspective, analytical and problem solving skills.
