Our client is a leading global logistics company. An exciting opportuity has arisen for an Apprentice to join their scheme in the Customer Service team.
The customer service team are responsible for the VIP courier customers for the business.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • An understanding of Customer Services
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word required
  • An understanding of International Courier Services
  • An understanding of worldwide geographical areas

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Handle customer calls and deal with customer queries
  • Track & Trace of inbound shipments
  • Preparing quotations
  • Informing customer of transit times
  • Third party collections
  • Free domicile shipments
  • SRN collections
  • UK and POD updates
This is a full apprenticeship with excellent training and long term career prospects. The position is available immediately.
Monday to Friday - 9 am - 5:30 pm with 60 minute break. Starting salary is £8000 rising to £10,000 after successful completion of probation.
