Cyber Project Manager - Up to 75,000 Norwich Are you a Project Manager Sales Leader with proven experience indelivering cyber, information and governance project on a global scalethen this could be the role for you. My client is an established Global financial Services Company thatoffers a wide range of products. You will be aligned with the Cyber Teamand involved in the management, governance and delivery of end to endchange assignments. Typically you will be expected to deliver a standard set of Securitytools and services to establish a baseline security capabilities acrossthe globe. Their business is growing fast; they have rapidly expandedtheir customer base and need an exceptional sales person to drive leadgeneration, sales and partner relationships. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer/ Head of Sales you will beresponsible for new business revenue and meeting required customertargets to support the growth plans of my client. Responsibilities *People management of direct team personnel (Project managers andBusiness Analysts) *Size of budget - (3m+) *High level of technical complexity / risk *Multiple set of suppliers and other stakeholders including Managementof virtual teams to achieve delivery milestones and outcomes. *The delivery and governance of an agreed pieces of work to time, costand quality *To demonstrate effective governance of project / programme risk andissue management *To effectively control external resources and suppliers *To effectively deploy appropriate IT & Change toolkit (eg. QMS/Agile ) ensuring a focus on quality and timely delivery and operatewithin the appropriate standards. (Includes proactive management offit-for-purpose delivery methodology, timely gating submissions andsupporting project documentation). *To provide leadership and development of a high performing IT andChange organisation *To lead in the delivery of solutions which support and enhance the ITarchitecture and operate within the agreed business service levels and standards. *To engage with Service and release management in a timely manner toensure the provision of controlled environments and release managementprocesses in order to support change *Quality Management of the IT Delivery Approach *Safeguard system assets - ensuring short term delivery objectives aremet without compromising longer term strategy and system integration Skills and Experience Required: *A Professional level of accreditation or certification in ProjectManagement (e.g. APM) *Whilst a proven background in Cyber Security is highly desirable, itis not essential for this role *Knowledge including: Programme & Project Management, Projectgovernance and quality assurance , Supplier management, Planning &priority setting, First Line of Defence - Risk Awareness *Additional - knowledge of business analysis is also required - provided by Dice AGILE, BUSINESS ANALYSIS, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, QUALITY MANAGEMENT, SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT
