Accountancy Practice - Payroll Specialist - Oswestry
Your new company
You will be working within a well established firm of accountants who offer a range of services to their clients; including Accounts and bookkeeping, Tax and Audit as well as Payroll. They are looking to add to their payroll team following a period of sustained growth within the department.
Your new role
As a Payroll Specialist within the firm, you will be responsible for running the end to end payroll process for a portfolio of approximately 200 clients. You will be required to generate new starters and process leavers, issuing P45s and P60s at year end. This role will see you run the payroll for clients with varying staff levels from individuals to those with approximately 60 employees on a variety of basis' from weekly to monthly and four weekly.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to undertake this role you will have experience working within a Practice within a Payroll position. You will be up to date on the latest legislation in relation to Auto enrolment, RTI and Tax codes as well as be able to use Sage Payroll. You will need to be an organised individual who is capable of working to strict deadlines and you should be able to communicate effectively with both colleagues and clients alike.
