As a Digital Account Executive, you will be responsible for meeting deadlines, liaising between departments and working closely with the Account Manager to deliver digital products and services to their Clients. A hands-on attitude is crucial in this role as well as a keen eye for detail and excellent planning and communicating skills.

Your main role consists of assisting in the set up their software platforms, content generating, testing, as well as assisting the support desk with enquiries. You will be expected to travel to taking part in launch events and activities with their clients in the UK and Europe.

​The ideal candidate will:

- Be an excellent communicator
- Have ​some experience in website content management systems
- Be able to multi task
- Be able to travel
- Have a clean driving licence

Digital Account Executive responsibilities:

- Offer the client advice as required
- Develop a full understanding of the environment in which the client operates
- Work closely and communicate effectively and efficiently with other departments within the business to ensure an integrated and effective approach to all activity - account management, design, digital, accounts
- Professionally represent the company.
- Maximise income - Sell products and services when applicable and follow up leads with contacts. Ensure maximum profit margins within client budgets and look for additional income where possible from existing and potential clients.
- Profitability - Awareness of margin levels required on all projects undertaken to enable Account Managers/Director to successfully manage budget costs.
- Support - Providing support as and when needed in various departments.
- Standards - Ensuring all work undertaken on behalf of Toolbox Group is delivered to a high standard in relation to the budget.
- Time Management - Managing your time and input for all projects undertaken in relation to the budget and/or hours quoted.
