In this role, you will: Lead virtual cross functional teams comprising of participants from local business, Digital as a Channel (DaaC) and global IT Undertake tasks in line with User Centred Design methodology, across both the manufacture and deployment environment supporting convergence Lead and undertake in-depth analysis to drive out 'best in class' digital messaging to ensure sales and excellence in service across digital channel experience Source and interpret data/insight to underpin the design of digital messaging for both manufacture and deployment Lead the definition and scope of analysis activity for digital messaging initiatives Lead or participate in digital proposition development at the global level To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: Relevant knowledge of digital messaging consumer focused business Experience working in relevant environment/s Experience of using relevant software packages, i.e. Digital Tracking software tools such as Adobe Analytics, Web Trends, Tableau Ability to create and deploy comprehensive and result-orientated business/operating plan For further details and application information please click "Apply" link below.
