As the Credit Risk Manager for Investigative Analytics, you?ll lead the analysts behind our key metric - FBNP. You?ll be responsible for influencing initiatives and strategy leading to improved performance and forecasting
The Credit Risk Manager- Investigative Analytics will use data analysis to identify improved opportunities for increased volume without affect credit risk. Job Description

This role manages a highly analytical team that is the powerhouse behind our most important metric, first bill not paid. You'll be creating recommendations for how we set the credit strategy for upcoming campaigns and deciding what we need to track to have a successful campaign. You'll be digging into the data to find opportunities for extra connections, and areas where we need to control the credit risk. You are the central analytical point to ensure the business trades profitably, and will be providing insight that other leaders can act upon, and providing tools to supply insight to your fellow credit risk managers. You will maintain a strong network so you can identify how other systems may impact credit risk.

Roles & Responsibilities

You will lead a team of passionate and imaginative analysts who are the powerhouse behind our key metric for Three?s trading position: First Bill Not Paid. You?ll be responsible for influencing initiatives and strategy leading to improved performance and forecasting.

You will embed data analysis techniques to identify opportunities for increased trading volume whilst keeping within agreed credit risk limits. In order to succeed it?s essential you can build and maintain a network of senior leaders to influence change.


Responsibilities

Performance Management Helps manage the performance of direct reports by working within performance management systems.

Data Collection & Analysis Analyses key themes using data from a wide range of sources and identifies possible impacts on the business.

Building Capability Takes responsibility for implementing a team's formal development framework with guidance from senior colleagues, while informally coaching others throughout the organisation in area of expertise.

Client & Customer Management (Internal) Manage relationships with key internal customers and act as their business partner, while typically using support teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Improvement / Innovation Identifies shortcomings, then suggests and implements improvements to existing business practices, while developing and delivering projects or a work stream within the organisation's change management program with guidance from senior colleagues.

Needs Assessment Uncovers emerging issues and/or needs and identifies potential causes, related issues, key stakeholders and barriers.

Solutions Analysis Identifies and evaluates complex expertise-led solutions against a range of criteria to find the ones that best meet business needs.

Technical Skills
Reporting Applies comprehensive knowledge and skills to work independently while providing guidance and training to others on creating relevant, lucid and effective reports.

Experience

General Experience Substantial general work experience together with comprehensive job related experience in own area of expertise to fully competent level.
