Lead ICT Business Relationship Manager/Lead ICT Business Partner Our client, a forward thinking, aspirational organisation is looking for a Lead ICT Business Relationship Manager/Lead ICT Business Partner to join their business in a newly created permanent role, offering 52,000-54,500 plus benefits based in South London. (Fantastic links by train from Central London, Surrey, Kent and West London, served by mainline trains with easy links from M25) Our Lead ICT Business Relationship Manager/Lead ICT Business Partner has a specific purpose to manage the two Business Partners, and analysts, by providing a collated and prioritised view of the organisations needs across all department. The role will see you work directly with Key business advocates to design and implement an ICT Strategy to enable them to meet their role while supporting the professional change management service within ICT to bring its functions together to create, lead on and govern all aspects of change within ICT, its services contracts and infrastructure. Your key accountabilities would be: Provide team management, increase focus on selecting business relationships, managing and mentoring a team of 2 Business Partners. Facilitate greater collaboration with Technical Boards to have a view of the pipeline, in order to make better decisions. Provide Business Relationship Management on and act as an advocate for Department, act as a bridge between the ICT and the business department Work closely with departments to build an empathy and understanding of their key challenges and issues and ensure that their key strategic imperatives are recognised and included in the development of the ICT Strategy and the delivery of all ICT services. Provide strategic support and direction to departmental management teams in the Place. Act as a key and trusted adviser to the business on all aspects of ICT Service Delivery within the department Support the Business in the management of complex/high risk ICT developments through advice and coaching ensuring approach is pragmatic and within an acceptable level of Business Risk. Develop and implement better governance and process across BRM role/function Essential knowledge required: Team, people management experience required. Excellent knowledge of Business Strategy development, Business Analysis and Stakeholder Management Excellent knowledge of programme, project and performance management techniques. Excellent knowledge of enabling technology and innovative and creative problem solving techniques Excellent knowledge of Change Management principles and techniques Good knowledge of information management principles, risks and issues. Essential skills and abilities: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the Business Ability to coach and mentor team members, the team will look to you for guidance and advice.
