My client delivers cloud based unified communications services thatmerge traditional voice services, email, conferencing, collaboration andvideo with the Internet. They are a firm with a global reach and adesire to grow with huge plans for the coming months. We are seeking a motivated individual with strong Microsoft serverexpertise who is passionate about Unified Communications technology tojoin our Unified Communications engineering team. Candidates applying must have previously experience supporting userswith Skype for Business / Lync. Responsibilities Include: Responsible for product technical support, working within our ITILservice management function as an escalation engineer, to resolveincidents and problems which cannot be resolved by the first tier ofengineering support; Implements/deploys information systems. Telephony: Voice configuration of Lync server and integration of Lyncto SIPCOMs voice networks Identify and resolve all Lync and other Microsoft application issues;create and maintain documentation of the root cause of any problem inthe Lync environment using company knowledge management systems where appropriate Technical Requirements: Unified Communications: Skype for Business, Lync 2010/2013, Exchange2010/2013, Sharepoint 2010/2013 Microsoft: Active Directory Administration, Certification, GroupPolicy, Microsoft Server 2008/2012, Windows 7/8, SharePoint,Virtualisation technologies, SQL Desired Experience Calm under pressure, focused and a proven track record of delivering results; Previous experience in a 1st / 2nd line service desk / support deskengineer role; Hands on work experience with the above responsibilities/technicalrequirements. - provided by Dice ACTIVE DIRECTORY, CLOUD, INTERNET, ITIL, KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT, MICROSOFT, SERVICE MANAGEMENT, SHAREPOINT, SQL, WINDOWS, WINDOWS 7
