Our Client is a growing firm with offices in Northampton and London which was founded nearly 50 years ago.
They strive to provide the best service to all of their Clients, giving guidance every step of the way to make their transactions run as smoothly as possible. They focus on client satisfaction and they aim to ensure that all expectations are met and hopefully exceeded.
It has grown significantly over the last few decades. They cover a wide range of Legal Disciplines and with their Conveyancing department growing rapidly, they require a number of new staff to assist with this expansion. In particular they are seeking a new Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join their busy conveyancing department.
You will be experienced in a busy office environment and have good administrative skills. You will have at least 6 months experience in another Residential Conveyancing team and be someone who believes that they can assist our Client to provide an excellent Conveyancing service.
They pride themselves in providing a personal approach to their Clients, providing every client with a support team to facilitate their case as quickly and efficiently as possible. They aim to provide a more personalised, quality service than some of the mass volume Conveyancing Firms.
They are seeking someone with:
- Experience of working in a busy legal environment
- At least 6 month Conveyancing experience
- Eager to learn and to progress their Conveyancing career, to a stage where they can run and manage their own caseload
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident with an outgoing personality and able to work well both on your own and in a team.
