Technical Campaign Manager - London - 200 - 250pd - 6 Month Contract People Source Consulting are currently seeking an experienced TechnicalCampaign Manager to take on a 6 month contract position with awell-known West London based online retailer. Your role as Technical Campaign Manager will be to design and buildmulti-step, Multi-Channel, Data and decision driven 'Trigger campaigns'via Salesforce Marketing Cloud. These campaigns will be targeted towardsboth Consumer and B-to-B markets via email, Push and desktop notifications. Due to a recent change to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, my client arelooking for someone with in-depth knowledge and working skill in the software. Key responsibilities will include: *Help devise and implement CRM strategy to drive long-term customerengagement via CRM programmes across key parts of customer lifecycle forconsumer and B-to-B markets. *Taking position as the Salesforce Marketing Cloud automation andjourney builder. You should be expert in using Salesforce MarketingCloud to design and execute multi-step, personalised, cross-channel campaigns. *Working with relevant stakeholders (Marketing and CRM, Insights,B-to-B, Sales) to plan and devise CRM campaigns triggered by customerbehaviour. *Ensure all communications adhere to direct marketing and dataprotection rules and regulations. *Working with the client's internal data analytics team and agencies toensure effective targeting of users with relevant communications. *Working closely with CRM Manager to develop and implement testingstrategy inc. messaging/proposition, timing, frequency, subject line,real time opening, customer feedback loops *Helping understand and define the role of push/app messaging alongsideemail. *Helping devise, build, run and share campaign-level and customer-levelreporting via Salesforce Marketing Cloud *Helping monitor key competitor activity and develop an understandingof their marketing strategies. Candidates will need: *2-3+ years of email and marketing automation execution experience inExactTarget / Salesforce Marketing Cloud *2-3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume campaign environment *Proficient in ExactTarget proprietary scripting language (AMPScript) *Good working knowledge and experience of working with APIs *Confident working knowledge of basic SQL *Expert ability in using Salesforce Marketing Cloud including JourneyBuilder, Mobile Studio, Social Studio and Email Studio. *Strong experience working in a fast paced, dynamic business environment *Strong Problem Solving / Organisational skills In return, our client are offering a daily contract rate of 200 -250pd on an initial 6 month contract.
