1st Line IT Support Analyst / Technical Support
Exciting opportunity for a 1st Line IT Support Analyst / Technical Support Engineer to join our client, supporting customers across the UK.
This role will offer progression to 2nd and 3rd line.
You should ideally have experience in some or all of the following;
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Exchange
- Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems
- Microsoft Windows Server
- Microsoft Office Suite
- VMware/ Citrix
This is a hands on technical support role, you'll be involved in resolving technical issues NOT just logging calls. This opportunity would suit someone with a genuine interest in IT who has strong trouble shooting skills.

A salary of up to £24k is being offered, dependant upon experience.
