Digital Project Manager Delivering projects to meet their client'sobjectives This company is a thriving software and web developmentcompany. They build web-based software applications and websites, andwork with a range of companies and organisations in and aroundOxfordshire. Due to the expansion of their business, they are lookingfor a Digital Project Manager with at least 2 years' experience to jointheir Project Management team and work on an exciting and varied rangeof projects. The role You will work on a broad range of projects acrossmultiple industries taking projects from the quote stage through to thefinal deliverable using the project management method (e.g. Agile,Waterfall) appropriate to each project. You will oversee projects toensure they are correctly resourced, planned and specified so that theyrun to schedule and budget, delivering high-quality websites andapplications. They have a defined project process which you willimplement and drive forward for each project you work on collaboratingclosely with the rest of the Project Team (Account Manager, Designer andDeveloper/s) and liaising directly with their clients. Key tasks andresponsibilities: - Scoping - project planning, creating functionalspecifications - Development - liaising with the development team,monitoring & communicating progress, assessing change requests andoverseeing internal user testing - Delivery - user training, assistingwith user acceptance testing and content loading, managing the processof reporting issues and tracking progress - Project close - managingclient feedback and bug fixing post-launch Skills & experience As aDigital Project Manager, you will have worked on the scoping,development and delivery of bespoke websites and software applications,on both small and large-scale projects. Essential - Excellent projectmanagement skills - Experience of producing detailed projectspecifications - Fantastic problem-solving and analytical skills -Strong communication skills at all levels Desirable Qualifications inProject Management e.g. Prince2 - Experience working with Agile projectmethodology - Experience of creating prototypes for softwareapplications - Experience with CMS and/or CRM systems - Undertakentesting of websites and software - Training experience More about thejob They are looking for someone to work full-time (or nearlyfull-time), based in their offices in the centre of Oxford which arewithin walking distance of public transport. Hours: 37 per week.
