Network Support Engineer
Network Support Engineer Wi-Fi components, CCNA, Network+, LINUX, 2nd & 3rd line network support, customer facing Exeter ? up to £25,000 + benefits package
We are looking for a methodical Network Support Engineer to join our existing team. The role covers a range of activities related to both technical support and installation projects. You will be handling 2nd and 3rd line support activities generated from multiple activities and proactively performing administrative maintenance to ensure our systems are operating effectively. Client focused and professional you will thrive on problem solving. Your day will be varied and challenging and you will be on an on-call out of hours support roster. This is a technical role as you could be building, configuring and testing wireless systems components in preparation for an installation on a customer?s site. Excellent verbal and written English are a must as your communication skills are paramount. The ideal applicant will have CCNA qualifications and a working knowledge of Linux.
