An excellent and unique SaaS solution provider to FTSE 100 and FTSE 250companies are looking to expand their team by adding a Head of Supportindividual to manage their 1st line support team. This SaaS solution provider pride themselves in their exceptionalcustomer service and are looking for a personable, professional andintelligent individual to guide their support team and help them growand develop. In this Head of Support role you will be responsible for operating atech support line to a concierge level that will require exquisitecommunication skills and an understanding of the basic tech behind theSaaS platform. Essential requirements: - Previous experience within a similar role - Extensive client-facing experience - Experience on-boarding clients and building/maintaining strong relationships - Brilliant problem-solving skills - Ability to pick up on opportunities and chase them - Experience within a tech or digital environment For this Head of Support role we are able to offer an annual salary ofup to 60,000 per annum with an array of benefits.
