Experienced or NQT History Teacher 'Good' to 'Outstanding' school Close to public transport in Camden, North London KS3/4/5 MPS / UPS Permanent Role, January 2018 start Salary £28660-£47298 The Role The school requires an experienced or NQT history teacher who can consistently deliver 'Good' to 'Outstanding' lessons to join their small, but perfectly formed humanities department. You'll need to support and motivate students to achieve the best possible results at GCSE, as well as engaging the more difficult pupils effectively. This role is full time and permanent, although the school may consider taking on a long-term temp for the right history teacher. The School Based in the London Borough of Camden and situated close to public transport links, the school is currently ranked by OFSTED as 'Good with Outstanding Features' and consistently achieves above average GCSE results. With an extremely diverse pupil roll, any history teacher placed in this roll will be teaching pupils from all walks of life. The disciplinary procedures in place at the school are extremely effective and pupil behaviour is generally very good. You'll have a proven track record of delivering results, whether that be in other teaching roles or at university / extracurricular activities if you're an NQT.
