* To propose, implement and assess actions to maximise revenue and control cost impacts, combining knowledge of current business performance, market position and demand, resource availability and business channel mix * Anticipating and reacting to demand in the market to provide an accurate on rent forecast * Addressing supply/demand imbalances through capacity management and through working closely with other departments such as Pricing, Fleet, Operations, Marketing and Corporate Sales. * Working with Pricing team to ensure effective yield management though optimal channel mix and revenue growth * Providing input into tactical and strategic decision making * Sustain focus on the impacts of actions (and inactions) on the wider business * Maintain a strong working relationship with Pricing and the Operations and Fleet teams Key skills needed: * Analytical mindset * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Quick learner, flexible and reactive to a changing environment of the business * Excellent team player with a keen and enthusiastic nature * Ability to prioritise and organise workload effectively to meet tight deadlines and maintain a high standard of work * Customer focused; understands the needs of internal and external customers * Strong Microsoft Excel skills, familiarity with Opticar, Business Objects and Access * Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise work * Attention to details and organisational skills are a must
