I am recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst based in Central Birmingham, for a 6-month contract, with a possibility of extension, my client in based inside the Public Sector.

£90-£100 per day

We are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst. In this role, you should be highly analytical and able to understand business needs. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential. If you also have experience with Service Desk Support in a customer facing role

Skills:
  • Experience in Office 365 administration
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, windows 7,10 Operating Systems
  • Knowledge of iOS and Android devices.
  • Understanding and experience of Call logging/Service Desk ticketing systems.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Analytical mind-set
  • Problem-solving aptitude
