Technical Support Lead x 2 - Durham Permanent Circa 50k basic per annum + benefits We are currently recruiting for 2 x Technical Support Lead's for our major client's Core Banking platform, you will provide hands on capability to both Release and Technically Support the Middle Tier Technologies and sub-components of our client's Core Banking solution in a 24/7 operational landscape. Essential Capabilities/Experience At least 3 years' experience of working in a hands-on technical support role alongside/handing off issues to internal development staff and third party support function(s) where required 2 years' experience of supporting high availability applications and services in a secure environment Ability to identify and technically interpret issues to route cause via Log Files and Logging Platform Analysis Working knowledge of Web Services and associated architectures/technologies, RESTful APIs, API Platform(s), ESB Platform(s), API Security Concepts Knowledge of Linux RHEL commands to facilitate service management/restoration of service, and analysis Please apply for more info - Parker Shaw - provided by Dice ESB, LINUX, SERVICE MANAGEMENT
