They are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to work within their busy and hard working finance team on temporary basis to begin with before developing into a full-time, permanent role for the ideal candidate.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience working within Finance and be ideally AAT qualified or working towards the qualification. You must have good Excel skills as the team use a lot of spreadsheets and be able to work as part of a team.
This is a hands on role within a fast paced environment.
Main responsibilities will include;
- Sales ledger invoicing
- Purchase Ledger invoicing
- Statement reconciliations
- Credit control
- Bank reconciliations
- Daily banking and cashbook work
- Cash allocation
- Petty cash
