Security Cleared Service Desk Analyst

A Security Cleared Service Desk Analyst is required to join a global consultancy based in the West Midlands. This is a permanent position which will be based onsite with one of the companys main clients in Wolverhampton. This role provides a great opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst with 2+ years experience to join a global company.

What youll be doing

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for responding to calls and emails in order to resolve IT issues within agreed SLAs. You will provide 1
st line remote support for desktop and PC based applications, dealing with the companys clients and external customers. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will act as the 1
st line of IT support, using remote tools to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

What skills / experience should you have?

Around 2+ years Service Desk Experience
UK Security Clearance (preferred)
Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner
Experience with Windows 7, Active Directory, and Exchange
