1st Line Support / Help desk Support Active Directory / £25K - £28K - Farnborough

Desirable - Active Directory, Fault Finding, Ticketing Systems

A 1st line support position has recently become available with one of our reputable clients in Farnborough. The ideal candidate will have a passion for IT and 2 years + technical experience prior to this application.

Ideally my client is looking for this person to have come from an Audio/Video or Video conferencing background previously. This role will also involve telephone / remote support in a help desk environment.

This candidate will be based locally where He or She will provide technical remote support to non technical users. This position will provide key training to someone who is looking to develop into a Senior Engineer role.

** Technical Support within Audio / Video background ( NOT Esential )
** Microsoft Active Directory
** Call Logging / Remote and Email Support
** Global Ticketing system experience
