Telephony Service Desk Analyst 18,000- 20,000 per annum + Bonus + BenefitsWhitchurch - Hampshire Our client are looking for a Telephony Service Desk Analyst to join an expanding team based in Whitchurch, Hampshire. You will be responsible for providing first and second line support to external customers adhering to agreed SLA's and KPI's. A successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment troubleshooting and problem solving customer support queries.Key Skills & Responsibilities 1st line support Remote telephone and email support adhering to SLA/KPI's. Hardware support - Organise the testing and dispatch of equipment to customer sites 3rd party vendor engagement. IT literate - Telephony/networks experience highly desirable.
