To audit client IT estates, managing projects to conclusion adhering to client budgets and deadlines. This will involve leading team members where appropriate.

Description

  • Ensure that all work carried out complies with the firm's standards and procedures, and that the work is within budget and to the expected time frames
  • Ensure a high level of quality in all work produced (including the review of the work of others in the team)
  • Ensure that responsibility is taken for your own work and ensure that files are completed to the standard expected by managers
  • Ensure effective time management and prioritisation of workload
  • Ensure that issues are highlighted to the job manager and client manager (where appropriate) as quickly as possible, as well as providing regular progress updates to both manager and client on work
  • Prepare accurate, timely and detailed reports for individual assignments
  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships using effective, appropriate and timely communication methods
  • Develop a communication plan for each client to take initiative for contacting client before / after audit to enhance / build relationships (agree with client manager)
  • Lead closeout meetings

Profile

  • Manage a client portfolio and continue to maintain positive client relationships
  • Prepare and attend client meetings supported by partner / director as required - have regular discussions with client engagement partners regarding work being carried out for clients
  • Prepare accurate, timely and detailed reports for individual assignments
  • Actively cross-sell services of the firm to clients, continually looking for and consider the benefits of new ideas to sell to clients
  • Be involved in tendering opportunities through research and presentations - develop presenting skills
  • Develop and maintain personal technical knowledge relevant to particular fields or specialism and share this with the wider team
  • Communicate effectively at all levels using a variety of communication tools
  • Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of those who you line manager and conduct ROAD reviews
  • Act as a role model in the team in terms of professional conduct behaviour and to ensure a positive working environment
  • Take an active role in the recruitment and selection of employees
