Superb role, working within a truly amazing organisation with a wealth of history on global scale. We are looking for a 1st/2nd line support analyst who will provide an escalation point for Service desk teams to troubleshoot and fix user IT issues relating to Infrastructure which is a mixture of Windows/VMware/Citrix and some Mac OSX. The broader UK wide IT team numbers about 16 and you'll be working in an infrastructure team of 7 including your manager, a DBA and a couple of Senior Analysts.

Technical Skills:
  • Windows Server 2008 R2 / 2012 R2, Windows 7 / 8
  • Microsoft Office suite
  • Active Directory / MS Exchange
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, with Incident, Service Request, and Problem management in particular
  • Microsoft Certification MCP Beneficial
