Based: Wimbledon

Salary: To £35,000 + Excellent benefits

Lloyd Recruitment Services are recruiting on behalf of a leading UK financial Services group that are looking to recruit a Marketing Executive to join their established team.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working collaboratively with the rest of the marketing team, this is a very 'hands on' marketing role working across the full marketing mix. The marketing executive will be responsible for implementing, managing and reporting on marketing campaigns to raise the profile of the business and to drive customer interest in our products and services to strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.

Main Responsibilities

Campaign management

  • Planning, implementing and reporting on the success of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, demand and engagement whilst ensuring each campaign is delivered on time, on budget and the correct measures are in place to maximise ROI
  • Undertaking detailed analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met
  • Work with 3rd party suppliers including design, digital and print agencies to deliver campaigns


  • Writing and editing copy for marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, letters and emails
  • Assist the marketing manager and communications executive to generate thought leadership/position papers/journalistic articles to be used for lead generation and customer engagement. Support on building and maintaining the content/editorial calendar
  • Manage the design and maintenance of all marketing assets ensuring they are on brand and compliant. Materials include case studies, brochures, adverts, flyers and any other business related material.


  • Develop and manage campaigns across digital platforms including social media, PPC and SEO
  • Work with the marketing manager to plan, execute and optimise online marketing activity
  • Support on the maintenance and improvements of the company website
  • Track and analyse website traffic and provide regular internal reports
  • Research online media opportunities that may benefit the business including development of online forums, webinars, podcasts and blogs

New business

  • Designing presentations for bids/new business proposals and award submissions
  • Work closely with sales teams to support on sales enablement such as producing sales aids, toolkits and content

  • The premium finance market
  • The insurance market, particularly the broker distribution channel
  • DotMailer, Drupal, Google Analytics
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Some CSS and HTML coding


  • CIM or marketing degree desirable
