An opportunity to join a fast-growing start-up in one of the most exciting, disruptive industries out there!My client is a leader in innovation for the Cyrptocurrency markets and is looking for a talented customer service representative to build and run the customer support function. From day 1, you will work with the Head of Product and be responsible for the design and implementation of customer service process. The role will involve: Designing Customer Service journey for customers Negotiate Vendor contracts with technology providers Define processes Hire and manage a team Set metrics for success measurement Manage customer enquiries on multiple channels. Essential skills: Extensive experience as a customer service agent/manager Experience building a customer service department from the ground up. Experience working in the financial services industry Experience working with third party suppliers, negotiating contracts and resolving service issues. Knowledge of multiple commonly used customer service chat software such as Zendesk, Liveperson, Intercom, Nexmo etc. Self-driven, Autonomous Excellent spoken, written English skills. Ability to assist customers on a range of technical, operational, and logistic related queries Translate customer feedback into improvements for our business. Interest in Fintech, Blockchain or new technologies would be highly advantageous This is an opportunity for someone to gain experience of a start-up from the ground up in an active industry. - provided by Dice
