1st Line Support job role in Bristol Your new company Your new company is an exciting IT solutions company based in Bristol. Your new role In your new role you will be a 1st Line Support engineer who has experience of providing first class customer service, being able to take ownership of tickets raised and provide solutions as of when requested. My client is looking for someone who can be able to monitor and progress open calls, incidents and changes. Finally they are looking for someone who can deliver this at pace as the working environment is fast moving. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role they are looking for someone who has had experience of working within a IT Service Desk environment, a valid drivers license as travel is required, someone who has excellent communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and the ability to listen and communicate effectively with people at all levels in the business.
