Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our PPI claims administration team. Your role will involve claims handling and providing direct and continuous tailored personal contact with clients. You will investigate customer complaints in relation to Payment Protection Insurance. Your role will also include making outbound calls and taking inbound calls from existing clients and potential new clients who want to further explore the possibility of reclaiming PPI. The critical part of this role is to quickly build rapport with each customer and to establish their trust. You will preferably have experience within a claims handling role and experience within the PPI claims industry would be advantageous. Experience in an office / administration environment is essential. You will be part of a hardworking customer focused team. Full training will be provided.
