The successful applicantwill work within the Client Infrastructure services team providingtechnical support for all internal end user software, hardware and connectivity. The IT Infrastructure Analyst will be supporting 2000+ End users so topcommunication skills will be vital as is a can do attitude and theability to diagnose issues, identify a fix and own the issue through to resolution. There will also be a large element of collaboration between this team,the technical service desk and the server infrastructure teams meaningyour day-to-day role will consist of a good mix of general support andproject work. The primary objective for the position is to deliver an excellentcustomer experience, whilst minimising down time to our internalcustomer base IT Infrastructure Analyst Key Responsibilities and Tasks: + Experience providing both hands on and remote support for desktops,laptops and other IT hardware including builds, installation,troubleshooting and configuration. + Knowledge of Windows operating systems and the Microsoft office suiteincluding Office365 + End User account administration (account creation, password resets etc.) + Understanding of networking technologies (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DHCPand DNS) + At least one year of Desktop Support experience in a large corporate environment. + Excellent problem solving skills with driven, pro-active, can do attitude. + Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss technicalsolutions using basic explanation. + Ability to work on own initiative, address and resolve problems in abusy environment. + A passion for customer service with an active interest in IT We Are Looking For: + Awareness of broad based server technology + Understanding of VoIP Phone System technologies + Knowledge of mobile device management + Knowledge of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Along with a competitive salary, we offer: + 33 days holiday + Generous pension scheme + Death in service benefit + Discounted childcare vouchers + Discounted private healthcare + Discounts with 1,000+ retailers + Free onsite parking We are a great team of people, a great place to work and offer all thebenefits youd expect from the world leader at what we do.
