My client is a leading Media Company in London are looking to hire a 1st Line engineer who is articulate, well presented and with excellent customer service skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • To log all telephone calls on the Service Desk system and assist users in solving IT related problems.
  • To allocate calls to the appropriate team.
  • To liaise with users to ensure calls are resolved to their satisfaction and close resolved calls.
    Perform administration tasks relating to new users, requests for hardware/software, running routine reports from various systems etc.
  • Technical Skills:

  • Windows 7
  • Microsoft office 2010
  • Active Directory (Resetting Passwords, Adding Users etc.. )
