Your new role You will be responsible for providing effective and efficient day to day IT support services and to act as a source of technical enquiry for users. To initiate response handling to PC users resolving both software and hardware issues/problems in a timely and efficient manner, whilst maintaining high customer service standards and commitment to continuous improvement in order to facilitate the goals the business. What you'll need to succeed Background in Financial services, Wealth/ Asset Management preferable Networking - Cisco, checkpoint firewalls Windows 8.1, Exchange, Active Directory VMWare Citrix XenDesktop/ XenApp SQL 2005/2008/2012 MS IIS, Bluecoat - Desirable What you'll get in return A basic salary paying up to 45,000 plus Investment Management bonus with benefits.
