Desktop Support Manager
We’re seeking an experienced Desktop Support Manager for a financial services business based in central Glasgow. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing desktop support solutions and processes. You’ll lead and manage a desktop team across 3 different sites and deliver effective support to local and remote users. This role will require a strong understanding of Microsoft products and ITIL. You’ll need the following to be considered: experience in a similar management or senior desktop type role; ITIL 3 minimum qualification; experience dealing with multiple teams and problems simultaneously; solid incident and problem solving skills; sound knowledge of a range of management techniques and finally experience in developing and leading organisational desktop refresh of hardware and software.
