Trainer / Coach - Housing Repairs Contact Centre
Westminster (W2)
£45,000 pro rata
6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Our client has an opening within their contact centre team, working closely with the Service Improvement Manager, to identify, develop and deliver training and support to their call handlers. The training will be to enhance the repairs and building knowledge of the team to assist them in delivering an excellent and professional service to the customers.

This is a great opportunity to make a real difference to the effectiveness and efficiency of the repairs service. In addition the successful candidate will be required to join the project board team and work along side heads of service to help improve the service our client deliver to their customers.

Our client is looking for customer service experience from within a repair and maintenance contact centre and as such you will be knowledgeable in diagnosing building defects, specifying remedial works, carrying out resident consultations and investigating and resolving complaints. You will also have project management, information management, performance data analysis and team management experience.
