This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, adaptable Service Desk Analyst to join a High End IT Service Provider, where you will be working on their customer site who are a well-established Television Broadcasting company.



Television Broadcasting | Mac | Windows | Customer Facing | 1st & 2nd Line Support



The Service Desk Analyst will need to be able to demonstrate their capability of trouble-shooting and resolving issue on both Mac & Windows operating systems whilst having an understanding of the following technologies:
  • Windows Operating Systems (8.1, 10)
  • Apple technologies & Mac Operating systems
  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Understanding of Network principles
  • Microsoft Office




This position will allow the Service Desk Analyst the chance to be exposed to the latest cutting edge Television Broadcasting technologies and be within a vibrant, energetic and fun environment. The ideal candidate will be well-mannered, enthusiastic, and show a real eager want to learn.
