OfficeTeam are currently recruiting for an German Language speaker who has both administration and customer service experience based in Leeds City Centre.

The Role

Fluent German Service Contract Coordinator required. This role will be to provide exceptional service to customers both over the telephone and from an administrative aspect. The essential function of this role will be to provide contract details and input them correctly and accurately onto the business database system. Accurately process service contracts ensuring that all the data is correct, reviewing invoice documentation and working very closely with country representatives to maintain the base data hence the essential requirement of fluent German for this particular role and also a second language of either Spanish or French would be absolutely essential.Our client are looking for the successful candidate to have strong motivational skills, a great organiser, highly effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to work as a team member. Investigative and also analytical.Please only apply if you have fluent German and either Spanish or French as a second language.
