Service Desk Analyst - 1st/2nd line

A large, innovative IT solutions provider are looking to expand their service desk team by recruiting a driven, enthusiastic but most importantly - a quick thinker with excellent communication skills who always champions the customer.

Technical Responsibilities:

At least 2 years' experience within an IT service desk environment
Support / knowledge and troubleshooting of networking related issues - WAN/LAN connectivity / routers and firewalls
Office 365 administration
Excellent client and customer communication / problem solving skills
Microsoft Exchange and VMware knowledge
Experience with Sophos Cloud / Central and Mimecast is beneficial
