Main Duties The successful candidate will be required to: Establish and maintain strong links with key business stakeholders to ensure alignment between business and IT strategies. Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans in the areas of analysis and design of workflow and process to contribute to value added business management systems Actively contribute to a “zero-defect” culture within the team, assuring the quality, ahderence to standards and strong commercial focus of all technical developments. Ensure the business owners define accurate, meaningful and measurable business cases. Elicit, analyse, document and collate information from business stakeholders to provide a clear, defined scope of work; ensuring clarity to all levels as to the business benefits for each work package. Establish and maintain strong links between the business units, technology and support teams in each requirements analysis phase. Requirements You must have strong analytical, communication and people management skills as well as experience in interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements. With proven business analysis experience and techniques you must have the ability to work in a team environment, delivering by example, with a proven track record of working in a disciplined and structured way following strictly controlled change management processes.
