Range Administration - ETF Site/ Trials Support
Would you like to play in key role which contributes to the success of our Land UK trials team? We currently have a vacancy for a Range Administrator at our site in Bishopton.
As a Range Administrator, you will be helping to deliver projects on time and in budget by utilising SAP to conduct first class administration which is critical in supporting the onsite testing facility. You will be working within a varied and fast paced position where no two days are the same.
This role will provide you with opportunities for progression through BAE Systems.
Your main responsibilities as a Range Administrator will involve:
Utilising and updating SAP as required in line with the demands of the onsite testing facility
Producing reports using Microsoft Word which will be distributed to various internal stakeholder groups
Creating and formulating spread sheets using Microsoft Excel
Producing a PowerPoint presentation on a monthly basis which reports on budgeting, ensuring it is concise and informative
Managing the training requirements of the team and arranging the necessary courses
Dealing with vendors to order parts and materials as per the demand of the testing facility
Visiting other BAE Systems sites to meet with the shared services, procurement and finance teams
Your skills and qualifications:
Demonstrable experience of utilising SAP, Microsoft office applications; Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Experience in placing parts orders
Demonstrable experience of liaising with external service providers
Experience of working in a manufacturing or engineering environment
Knowledge of advanced technology

You will be a good communicator with strong interpersonal skills. You will be able to liaise with various stakeholder groups from external service providers as well as internal and contract engineers.
