Account Manager - Marketing Channels - London - 40,000 + Benefits A Data driven analytics consultancy are looking for an Account Manager who is required to deliver critical outcomes for Clients', ensuring they deliver their objectives. Key Responsibilities Ensuring the delivery of client work across data management, data planning, comms development and campaign delivery as required Supporting more senior members of the Account Team in delivering and over-delivering on client expectations to build and strengthen relationships The quality of their output by ensuring accurate translations of client needs into briefs, accurate briefing into the analytics, development and operational teams and ensuring the outcome meets the brief Booking internal resources to deliver client work on time and helping to schedule more urgent tasks which may include internal negotiations on resources and/or managing client expectations Accurate management of the financial processes relating to individual client projects, overall client budget and internal reporting Key Experiences Experienced in data-driven marketing channels (Site/Search/Social/Display/Email/SMS/Push messaging etc.) with a desire to embrace emerging channels A positive, collaborative approach to working across multi discipline teams internally at client, across Engine and externally across Client and Client partner teams Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools Project management skills, techniques and tools. An appreciation for their own knowledge gaps and a proactive approach to filling them through their Personal Development Plan.
