Senior Payroller | Edinburgh | Permanent | Salary £25,000 - £30,000 Change Recruitment Group are working on an exciting Senior Payroll vacancy based in Edinburgh City Centre. The role holder will hold full autonomy for the payroll function, and will ultimately be accountable for the Payroll function in its entirety. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing business and an established Finance Team. Principal responsibilities: · Overseeing the full start to finish running of the payroll · Full control of auto-enrolment, providing all relevant data and contributions for pension provider · Reporting of RTI and HMRC · Calculate all statutory payments such as SSP, SMP etc. · Responsible for preparing monthly KPI’s, allowing for in depth analysis to be carried out across the Group · Liaise with HMRC and other relevant Government bodies regarding any tax issues · Liaison with external auditors · Complete new start and leaver information · Updating salary and employment changes on to the system · Dealing with and resolving any queries from employees and management Required skills & experience: · A minimum of 3-5yrs experience operating in a similar payroll position · Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with senior management · Experienced working under pressure · Experienced in the use of SAGE Payroll (Desirable but not essential) You will be joining an extremely forward thinking business that have gone from strength to strength over the last 10yrs.
