You will join a team of 40 in the UI/UX team, and will work on a variety of both internal and external projects. There's loads of really interesting projects going on to get stuck in to! To be successful, you should have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role, and a solid portfolio to back up your skills. You should be genuinely passionate and excited about creating great User Interfaces, as well as skills with Adobe Creative Suite. You will ideally have experience across a range of platforms - software, mobile and web, and any experience with Sketch or experience in an agile environment would be advantageous. This is a permanent role based in Coventry, with a salary up to 40,000 plus some seriously great benefits. They are a flexible company and have flexible working hours, and allow home working on occasions. Skills: Proven UI experience Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process - provided by Dice AGILE, HTML, JAVASCRIPT, MOBILE, PHOTOSHOP, SCRUM
